	Restart Apache by `service httpd restart` (or as appropriate to your flavor of UNIX or Linux). Test that the `twiki/bin` directory is CGI-enabled by trying visiting it in your browser:

	At this time, TWiki does not ship with an "what you see is what you get" editor. TWiki:Codev/IntegrateHtmlAreaEditor describes how to integrate an HTML editor.
